That form will guide you through the steps necessary to get qualified.
Qualification Requirements
- Qualified Jewelry Businesses and Pawn Brokers. The purchase & resale of finished fine jewelry must be the primary business. New businesses must provide the documents below at least two (2) weeks prior to each show and receive entry approval and show registration confirmation before attending.
Retailer Business Credentials: Submit any one of the following credentials at least two (2) weeks prior to your first show:
- For Physical Stores: copy of store lease and photos of store (inside and outside, including store signage)
- For E-Commerce Only Retailers: URL of an active e-commerce website offering fine jewelry from multiple third-party brands purchased for resale. Stores selling only their own manufactured or branded products do not qualify. E-commerce-only retailers may also be asked to provide up to 2 jewelry industry references.
- Copy of sales tax certificate
- Copy of business license
- Jewelers Board of Trade Listing: You may submit a Jewelers Board of Trade listing and assigned JBT Number and Rating. Additional documentation may be required.
- Qualifying Invoices: Submit at least two invoices totaling a minimum of $10,000 of fine jewelry purchases within the past year.
- The Atlanta Jewelry Show is a family-friendly show. Children are welcome at the show both on the show floor and at the show's sponsored events. Or you may want to register them in FutureFusion for two fun-packed days of learning to make real jewelry, taught by professional jewelry educators.
- Store Employees require a photo ID and employment verification (copy of W-2 or pay stubs) to prove current employment
- Photo I.D.: All attendees will be required to show a government-issued Photo I.D. to collect their badge and enter the show.
- Student Attendees: Students may attend RetailFusion, our full day education program held the day before the show, and BenchFusion, which takes place on the show floor. Verification of student or apprentice status is required and may include a student ID, proof of enrollment or tuition, or documentation from an educational program or apprenticeship manager.
- Non-Retail Attendees: Bench jewelers, repair shops, and other non-retail jewelry professionals are eligible to attend RetailFusion and BenchFusion with verification of an active jewelry-related business. Acceptable documentation includes a business license, sales tax certificate, or lease.
Trained service dogs as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome. For the safety and comfort of all attendees, pets and emotional support or comfort animals are not permitted.
