Shepard Exposition Services is the Official Show Decorator. They are responsible for setting up each exhibitor booth, including:

  • Booth design & construction
  • Logistics & transportation
  • Shipping
  • Installation & dismantling services
  • Furniture & equipment rental
  • Warehouse & storage
  • Signage and printing

To Order from Shepard

Shepard's online ordering system is called ExhibitorPro. 

If you are a repeat exhibitor, you can access your ExhibitorPro account within 2-3 days of your booth assignment being finalized.

If you are a first-time user, activate your ExhibitorPro account with the following three steps:

  1. Watch the Exhibitor Pro Tutorial
  2. Complete this 1-Minute form
  3. Click here for the Exhibitor Pro Link

  4. Create a Password:

    1. Click "Reset Password" to receive an email with a link to set your credentials (if you don't see the email, check your SPAM folder).
    2. Select your event (you may see a list of events to choose from or just the current AJS show)
  5. Download Important Exhibitor Facts (needed for setup)
  6. Download Shepard Graphics Instructions (needed for signage & graphics)

Important Notes

  • If any assistance is requested from Shepard during move-in or move-out, including the rental of dollies, your company will be billed.
  • All shipping will be routed through Shepard. Shepard will bill your company for material handling and drayage.
  • Exhibitors may hand-carry booth furnishings, lighting, and display items for setup.

Cobb Convention Center is a cashless facility. All exhibitor orders, whether placed through this system or on-site, must be paid by credit or debit card.

Order Staff Badges

Please fill out the badge order form (link below) to provide staff badge information. If you require more than your free allotment, we will invoice you for the rest. Badges are available as follows:

  • Every SJTA member receives a free badge
  • Each exhibiting company receives the first 3 badges free
  • Additional badges are $35 each or 20 for $200

Payments, Deposits & Cancellations

Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when you receive your invoice.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to the show setup day.
  • If full payment isn’t received by that date, late fees may be applied and we’ll automatically charge the card you provided through our secure, PCI-DSS compliant processor.

Booth Holds & Deadlines

  • We will hold your booth space for 10 days after you're first notified. After that time, unpaid booths may be released and reassigned.

  • If that happens, and you later decide to exhibit, we’ll do our best to find you a comparable space (pending availability).

  • Please note: All booth fees remain due regardless of reassignment.

Move-in Requirements

  • Exhibitors must be paid in full before moving in or setting up on-site.

  • SJTA Membership Dues must be paid in full.

  • If you have an unpaid balance, you will not be able to access the show floor until it is paid in full.

Late Fees and Cancellations

  • A $250 late fee may be applied to all unpaid balances not received by 30  days prior to show setup day. 

  • All cancellations must be received in writing.

  • Cancellations are not accepted after 45 days prior to show setup day. Exhibitors are 100% liable for exhibition fees for any cancellations after that date.
