The standard booth includes our very unique metal framing with tension fabric. This is a visually lovely upgrade from the typical pipe-and-drape without forcing you to the expense of hardwall. Hardwall booth packages are also available, and you can also bring your custom booth. For more information on our booth packages, click here.
Exhibitors from the previous show are given priority booth selection. Then, space is assigned to new companies on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes. The SJTA office will contact you to select a location, which will be based on space availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
The standard booth size is 100 square feet (10 x 10). Booths can only increase in size of 10 ft increments , i.e. 10 x 20, 10 x 30, 20 x 20, etc.
Each show has a specific payment schedule. 50% deposit is required to secure a booth location, and full balance is always due 45 days prior to show set-up day.

Buyer Quality
The Atlanta Jewelry Show is for the trade only.
Our primary attendee is an independent retail jeweler with 1-3 store locations. We also attract credentialed jewelry professionals, including independent GGs, appraisers, and consultants. And because we offer the most comprehensive jewelry education program in the industry, we also attract job/repair shop owners and studio jewelers looking for tools, equipment, and supplies.
We also target larger chain outlets, apparel boutiques that carry jewelry, and high-end gift and art stores that feature jewelry.
All attendees are thoroughly vetted to ensure they meet the professional standards and security requirements for this show.
We attract serious, motivated buyers by combining a trusted 75-year legacy of relationship-building with aggressive, year-round marketing and cutting-edge on-floor experiences.
We reach over 13,000 retail buyers directly through targeted digital campaigns, engage more than 16,800 social media followers, and capture thousands of qualified weekly visitors on our newly redesigned website.
Onsite, we keep buyers active and engaged through our signature Fusion education sessions and traffic-driving on-floor activations—headlined by our brand-new Store of Tomorrow, a fully realized model retail store showcasing the future of jewelry merchandising, technology, and design.
Every new buyer application is reviewed by a team member. We require each applicant to submit a minimum of 2 invoices from known jewelry industry suppliers, demonstrating a minimum of $10,000 in jewelry wholesale purchases in the past year.
We use JBT as a resource to vet our applicants, and reach out to our network of exhibitors and board members if in doubt.
"Retail" shoppers doing personal buying are not allowed.
Bring desired retailers to the show through our Welcome Atlanta program. Refer new or lapsed retailers to the show management team, and we'll reach out on your behalf with incentives to bring them to the show. Top referrers win prizes!
Marketing & Promo Opportunities
Yes! We do allow our exhibitors to set "early bird" appointments. Please complete the following form for each buyer you wish to invite, and we'll make sure the security team knows to let them in at the scheduled time.
Early bird buyers must remain in your booth or be escorted back to the lobby until the show opens officially at 9:30 AM. This is an improtant security precaution.
Yes! From extensive (and productive) digital marketing options to our gorgeous show guide and dozens of opportuntities for product placements and promotions on the show floor, we have marketing and promotion opportunities for every budget.
We sure do! We have a digital "branding kit" that provides social media copy, graphics, show colors - even free Canva templates!
There is, and it's lovely. Full sized magazine, glossy 4-color cover and richly designed pages. The Show Guide for each show is published the week before the show and delivered to all attendees in their show bags.
Sponsorships and advertising get your brand in front of buyers before they hit the show floor, so they're already looking for you when they arrive. More visibility means more traffic — and more sales.

- Transportation Companies
Atlanta Jewelry Show does not share exhibitor contact information with any 3rd parties, nor do we employee 3rd parties to solicit the above services on our behalf.
Many sales teams use their trip to the Atlanta Jewelry Show as an opportunity to call on local stores before or after the event. If you're doing the same, it's worth taking a few sensible precautions: travel in pairs when possible, avoid discussing your itinerary or displaying merchandise in public, and use secure transport between stops.
We strongly recommend the use of armored car services. Please see below for armored car service options and contacts.
