Andrea Hill is the Founder and CEO of Hill Management Group, a strategy and technology advisory firm working with jewelry manufacturers, retailers, and other owner-led businesses navigating growth, complexity, and change. She brings more than three decades of experience as a chief executive and senior operator, including leadership roles as CEO of Rio Grande Jewelry Supply and Managing Director of Legor Group in Italy, as well as executive experience in manufacturing, wholesale, and direct marketing.
Andrea specializes in helping jewelry businesses make better decisions about business technology. Her work focuses on practical adoption of systems such as enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, inventory and production planning, and data-driven decision support. She is known for translating complex technology choices into clear business logic that owners and leadership teams can actually use.
At the Atlanta Jewelry Show, Andrea speaks on how jewelry businesses can use technology to improve cash flow, operational discipline, and long-term resilience without losing the human judgment that defines strong companies.

As an independent jewelry retailer, you are the ultimate source of knowledge in your store. But what happens when you are busy with a client? What if every person on your sales floor could instantly answer customer questions about gemstones, repair timelines, designers, and store policies—without having to track you down first? And what if your new AI tools actually sounded like your brand, rather than a robot?
At this hands-on RetailFusion working session, we are turning those "what ifs" into a reality. Using Google's free NotebookLM tool, we will work together to build your own private AI assistant right in the room. Absolutely no coding or technical background is required.
What You Will Build:
- A Private Team Knowledgebase: Create a secure, on-demand resource where your employees can instantly query your specific store policies, product details, and standard operating procedures.
- A Brand Voice Notebook: Build a customized system that ensures every piece of writing your team generates—from staff communications to customer emails and vendor correspondence—sounds authentically like you.
- Just bring your phone or laptop and one hour of your time. You will walk out the door with a fully functional system that you can deploy on your sales floor by Monday morning.
