AJS Terms & Conditions of Sale

By purchasing booth space, sponsorships, advertising, or other services from the Atlanta Jewelry Show (AJS) and the Southern Jewelry Travelers Association (SJTA), the client (Exhibitor/Sponsor) agrees to the following standard terms and conditions. Any deviation from these terms must be expressly agreed to in writing in advance.

1. SJTA Membership Requirement: At the Atlanta Jewelry Show, our show is governed by our exhibitors. Therefore, every exhibiting company must have at least one active, paid SJTA member in order to secure a booth and exhibit at the show.

2. Payment Terms: All invoices are payable upon receipt.

3. Booth Space Payment Options & Deadlines: To assist with show preparation, booth space invoices may be paid in two installments:
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon agreement and receipt of the invoice.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to the setup day for the relevant show.

Late Payments: If full payment is not received by the deadline, AJS reserves the right to release and reassign the booth space or deny access to the exhibit floor. Full payment must be received before move-in is permitted.

4. Community Standards & Show Policies: We are committed to maintaining a high-quality, professional environment for our attendees and exhibitors. All exhibitors and sponsors are expected to read and adhere to our comprehensive [Link: Community Standards and Show Policies]. Show Management reserves the right to restrict displays or behavior that is deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the character and goals of the Show.

5. Service Provision & Liability: AJS undertakes to do its absolute best to supply excellent services and a premier show experience within agreed timeframes. However, none of our obligations can be considered an obligation to achieve specific sales results. Under no circumstances can AJS or SJTA be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.

6. Claims & Disputes: To be admissible, AJS must be notified of any claim regarding the provision of services by means of a written letter or electronic notice sent to our official office within 8 days of the service provision.

7. Governing Law: All contractual relations, disputes, or claims arising out of these terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Georgia, and venue for any such suit shall lie in Cobb County, Georgia.

About us

The Atlanta Jewelry Show was founded on a simple but powerful idea ...
A trade show should serve the people who make it possible.

From its earliest days, the Southern Jewelry Travelers Association, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit, set out to create a show where every decision would contribute to the shared success of jewelers, manufacturers, and sales professionals across the Southeast. It was built not as a commercial enterprise, but as a community investment in the future of the jewelry industry.
