This session explores laser welding techniques through practical, real-world demonstrations that highlight their precision, efficiency, and repair capabilities. It also covers how to communicate added value to customers during the repair and customization process, turning technical capability into meaningful upsell opportunities.

Featuring Matt Lang and Adam Kasson of Gesswein using SISMA'S latest next generation laser welder systems, the session connects hands-on skill with business growth strategies for the workshop and sales floor.

About us

The Atlanta Jewelry Show was founded on a simple but powerful idea ...
A trade show should serve the people who make it possible.

From its earliest days, the Southern Jewelry Travelers Association, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit, set out to create a show where every decision would contribute to the shared success of jewelers, manufacturers, and sales professionals across the Southeast. It was built not as a commercial enterprise, but as a community investment in the future of the jewelry industry.
