Grab a cup of coffee and join us at RetailFusion for a dynamic, "morning news show" style interview! Andrea Hill will be sitting down with Erin Moyer-Carballea, the new owner and CEO of Fruchtman Marketing, to explore how independent jewelers can revitalize their customer outreach. Drawing from her vast background in entertainment, health, and lifestyle brands, Erin brings a highly anticipated, outside perspective to the jewelry industry. In this relaxed and conversational session, Andrea and Erin will discuss:
- Cross-Industry Insights: What highly effective tactics from the entertainment and wellness sectors are jewelry retailers currently missing out on?
- Calculated Risk-Taking in Content: How can jewelers step out of their comfort zones to create "fearless" content while still maintaining the trust and luxury positioning their clients expect?
- Consumer-Focused Ideation: Moving beyond just posting product pictures, how can stores use "All Media Storytelling" to actually solve problems for their customers and drive foot traffic?
- Fresh Eyes on Legacy Brands: You recently took the helm of a respected legacy agency. Many of our attendees are second or third-generation owners trying to modernize their family stores. What lessons from your transition can they apply to refreshing their own brands?
